Hi, we’re the Vendorboard Team, builders of Vendorboard AI.

We built this platform after watching teams waste weeks, sometimes months evaluating software through endless calls, inconsistent demos, and fragmented internal feedback. Despite software being one of the biggest line items in modern companies, the way we choose tools still looks like it did 15 years ago: spreadsheets, meetings, and gut feel.

That felt broken.

So we started building an AI-native system that replaces the most expensive part of enterprise buying: discovery, demos, and evaluation.

Instead of humans spending dozens of hours on repetitive vendor calls, our AI runs structured discovery conversations, enforces standardized demos, and produces decision-ready recommendations. The goal isn’t to remove human judgment — it’s to free teams from low-value work so they can focus on real decisions.
